Adnan Iqbal is an Assistant Professor at Prince Sultan University Riyadh Saudi Arabia. He received his MBA and PhD from University of Technology Sydney, Australia and University of Manchester, UK respectively. He has served in Pakistan, Australia and Saudi Arabia for more than 15 years specializing in OB/HRM areas. His work has appeared in international refereed journals and conference proceedings. His research interests focus on Organizational Climate, Creativity and Innovation, Leadership and Organization, Cross-cultural management, Employee Commitment and Turnover.
